Our history
Founded in 2015 by Joël Mercier, an electronics technician providing services to the French army, our company began life as Starmed Hémostatiques. Our initial mission was to make innovative hemostatic medical devices available to operating rooms and emergency services in France. In collaboration with the RAID and the French Navy, we developed our first kit for extreme emergency situations, the HEMOstBOX, which was awarded the Grand Prix Coup de Coeur at the 2018 edition of E-Health World in Monaco.
Our mission
BeYourSafe is committed to making quality emergency medical equipment available to those who need it most. We work closely with emergency services such as SDIS, fire departments and hospitals, as well as with NGO suppliers and humanitarian associations. Our products are distributed everywhere from Africa to the Ukraine, and are designed to meet even the most specific needs, from mountaineering to hunting.

These donations enable us to provide emergency care in regions of the world where access to medical equipment is limited, thus helping to reduce health inequalities.

We offer a diverse range of emergency kits, from the original HEMOstBOX to specialized kits for childbirth in sub-Saharan Africa. All our products are designed in collaboration with surgeons with field experience, enabling us to offer solutions adapted to the realities of the environments in which they are used.
